Trust the process! When they get to the file of each who are at USICS and ALL background checks have cleared and the IO is confident that they have all the information they need to make a final decision then you will be notified with their answer. More people are positively decided with pass. Yours will come soon. Just must be patient. The have nothing you can do to speed up the process. Stay safe out there.

What do you mean? Your timeline says you filed in November. USCIS says that the receipt date for a case inquiry is mid September. You're not outside of normal processing yet.

Petitions are still being processed but to what degree or order is what I personally do not know and would really want to know... This wait sucks

There is only one order, first in is first touched then after that it depends on the speed in which your background checks come back. And that my friend can't be predicted. Trust the process!

Thanks for all the replies everyone. I did receive an rfe and sent it back in three weeks ago and didn’t hear that they had received it. I had to go to Uscis website and enter my case number and that said that they received the rfe. I don’t know why they didn’t send an update.

Because they don't. Sorry. Just the way the system works. Having to go to a website and get the same result as a mailed copy would to me, be more beneficial. Just my opinion.

Yes, although that would require identity proofing as it's all PII data (sensitive or possibly even sensitive-enhanced, depending on content). Currently, there is no identity verification - you enter a case number and get back a status (or case history if using the newer website). The content of NOAs and RFEs has information that the general public should not see.
