I've seen more articles from this smart lady of late, I hope she's careful, with her surname, that she (and/or a potential husband, if its a married name) doesn't have family back on the mainland.. guaranteed, the CCP is watching her.

Is this like a general ridiculous conspiracy theories thread or specifically about how China supposedly thought it was a good idea to tank their own economy in order to take over the world, even though the world already moved a lot of production to China anyway?

So if, like someone suggested in the other thread, this is going to make a lot of companies move production back home, how exactly would this benefit China?

China did not tank their own economy.  They actually did not shut down most of the country except for Hubei province for more than one or two weeks.  China is actually ramping back up pretty fast while we are hearing governors talking about keeping things shut down for months.

Seems to me like you're posting in the wrong thread.
