My USCIS is completed and currently Filling out NVC form.

Q1, My spouse (petitioner)  is living with me after marriage ( around 10 months) and She is not doing any Job. We first live in Pakistan , She visited USA  for a month and then came back again , Currently we move to UAE because I got new job there and she is living with me here for 2 months now. What should I do mention in Spouse address in Form DS-260 and PetitionerAddress ( US address or present address).

Q2) What she needs to write in i-864 from as her psychical address , Her Father will be joint sponsor so mailing address and intended address is USA address where her father live.

Q3) What we need to attach as supporting document because I'm confused with this domicile proof if later on ask by NVC
- She has Driving licence with US address
- She has voter account card
-  Bank account / Credit Card

- Letter by her mentioning the she will returned to USA after my process gets done
-Letter by her parents that they will live with US

Let me know if this documents will be fine to prove her domicile or should I ask her to go back to USA and mention her address as USA address in NVC form.

1) the truth. Does she have residency in the UAE? And you two live there? Then that is her current residence.

2) again the truth. If she's not physically residing in the USA then she is residing where she currently  is.

3) those items normally work for providing evidence of intent to reestablishing US domicle.

  • 2 weeks later...

My wife has only filed taxes for the two most recent years (2018, 2017) as she did not meet the requirement during the 3rd most recent year (2016). I was wondering how we should go about filling out Part 6 of the I-864 form. we have transcript for 2016 which shows we didn't file taxes for this year.
