My husband and I have spent hours trying to fill out this form online. It has given us an error page, or messed up when we try to save it, or just popped off. Does anybody have any experience with this? Can we just fill it out on paper and send it in? If so, where do we find the address? Our papers are currently sitting at NVC. Thanks!

What browser are you using? PC or MAC?

Do you have ad blockers? Pop up blockers?

23-Feb-2021: Interview scheduled - notice to come in the mail

25-Feb-2021: Biometrics reuse notice arrives via mail

01-Mar-2021: Interview notice letter arrives via mail  ✉️

I am using a PC. It would not let us list the 2 other places he has lived. Finally gave up and submitted it anyway. None of the other pages acted that way. If something is blocked, my pc will let me know...so frustrating.

Always turn off all ad blockers etc.  Use edge or IE if possible.  The address section is silly. You will have to get this corrected or correct it at interview. Purposefully leaving things out is not a good idea.

NVC specifically instructs not to send them paper forms.  

One other possible reasons for the error on CEAC site while doing 260 is that they have a very short time out configured. Try to finish each page as fast as possible and/or hit "Save" button if you need more time.

We did that a million times. OMG, you can't send paper forms? But what if you can't complete it on the internet? All people don't have internet access. Do you think I should go back and file online, even though I sent in a paper copy

 

Someone said, "or hit "Save" button if you need more time."...every time we hit "save", it booted us out of that entire section of the paperwork.

 

Also, when you send in the 260, after you "sign" it, there is no way to attach any documents...OMG, this is so frustrating!
