Yeah, that's cool, but that's not how that works. The company that sued them didn't even mention that. 

 

Besides, if that were true there wouldn't be a cover-up, it would be all over the internet and not just on a site that's historically known for making things up.

They're an actual tabloid. They post photos of reenactments they staged of dumb celebrity gossip. Not the actual events. Reenactments.

My guess, to watch you look down your nose at tabloids while latching onto any selective piece of confirmation bias that attaches the word "fact" to it, as if they're somehow different.

Yes, court documents as well as both parties' lawyers, as well as public statements from everyone involved are selective pieces of confirmation bias.

A tabloid with a personal vendetta against Snopes that once posted about how a squid impregnated a woman's mouth clearly knows better.

Well, you had a poster demonstrate to you one Snopes article you cited where a part in their own article completely contradicted the premise cited of their fact check but because of the psychographics of those who rely on Snopes for "facts", Snopes knew all they had to do was put it on the bottom (to say that they posted the facts) and it would be ignored for the title and conclusion at the top. 

 

Unfortunate if you don't appreciate differentiated products.
