The bartender said, "Say, did you know that we have a drink named after you?"

"Really?" said the grasshopper.  "You have a drink named Ed?"

A piece of string walks in to a bar and asks for a pint. The barman says are you a piece of string, because I do not serve strings in this bar?"

The string, thinking quickly says, "I'm a frayed knot!"

And this is why there aren't any good, huge right-wing comedians. 😛

We do, it just stopped being funny after the first million jokes. At some point y'all just need to come up with a new punchline.

Have you actually watched any comedy that wasn't right-wing over the last few years? That's not really a punchline in any of them.
There are some that deal with the actual real consequences of his and the republican party's actions, but they're never as simple as "trump bad" and never the main focus of the special.
Aside from that, there's still a huge difference between building a joke around the consequences of his policies and using the same lazy lie as your punchline every time.

Have you? I used to watch every major roast since the 90s, especially the CC roasts, all rife overwhelmingly with left wing comedians and celebrities, before it devolved into orange man bad tirades and made the entire thing weird even for those people. Looking at how the left react at comedy even by those they politically agree with, it's clear this TDS has affected their sense of humor, among other things.

Not to worry, the rest of us still have one regardless. 👍

She can be, she just recognizes her differentiated appeal is no longer to actual comedy.

Same logic behind the left's "Wolfe" thing, without irony, saying Trump can't handle a joke even though he's been on one of the very roasts I mentioned where people joked to his face about him fantasizing about his daughter, joking about assassination, etc. Wife and I watched that roast a few days ago and its still funny.

Interestingly, their reaction is also comedy, they just don't know it.
