Hello!

I`m getting ready AOS packet (mother of US citizen). Question 21 on for i 485 asks for date of last arrival. Here is the scoop of problem:

Mom arrived in December on B2 and got stamped at airport. (reflected on i 94 record website).

We went on cruise to Mexico in December (departure reflected on i 94/ arrival not reflected)

And went on cruise again in February (no departure/ no arrival reflected on i 94)  There was CBP officer at cruise port talking to us but no record or stamp.

Do I put  date of last arrival as date we returned from last cruise/or airport when she got stamped ?

Is there a problem that CBP officer did not stamp passport again/ or that it not showing on i 94?

just notised this on i -94 website: This travel history may not reflect: land border arrivals/departures, closed loop cruise arrivals/departures. If this travel history is not complete, there is no action to take. But still:

Which date do I put as date of last arrival?

What cruise port did you sail out of. My wife and I do cruises all the time. If we go out of long Beach to Mexico, we usually get a entry exit record, but the closed loop ones out of say Miami don't show.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

December we went out of San Diego Port (record of departure)

And February we went out of San Pedro (no record)

I checked in 2018 we went out of Long Beach and again only departure record.....

I`m thinking this is similar to land border crossing through Mexico....they don`t stamp the passport....So would land border crossing be  last arrival or LAX landing? so confused by this😣

I'll pull up her records when I get home. We have a land crossing ( San Ysidro) in December, cruise out of long Beach in January, and another land into Mexico thru Arizona, I'll see what had showed up, I know there were entries around those dates because the IO at our AOS interview mentioned them. I just can't remember if both entry and exit records were there.

Really appreciate you taking time to do this!! The more I think of this the more I lean toward Port of San Pedro being place of last entry...since we spoke to the CBP officer there...
