I-751 RFE

I Received an RFE for my I-751 filing.  The question is where do I send the RFE Package to?  The RFE notice is from PO Box 82521 Lincoln, NE 68501-2521, is this the same address to where the response, the RFE package is to be sent?

The letter you received should tell you the address to send the response to. Include the letter with what you send back and keep a copy for your records.

The letter I received stated "PLEASE USE THE ENCLOSED ENVELOPE TO MAIL THE ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE REQUESTED BACK TO THIS OFFICE."  There was no such envelope thus I officially do not have instructions as to where to send the RFE to.  I called USCIS and explained my situation and I was told there should be an address at the bottom or top right of the letter.    I relayed the address on the letter, basically it is the address where the notice was from, and not necessarily where the RFE should go.  I was not quite assured by the USCIS operator, I expected them to literally tell me what address to send the RFE to.  I made an online USCIS account and explained my situation, and I was told to expect a reply by May 1, well the RFE is due on April 30.  I searched the USCIS for I-751 filing and it lead to an Arizona address, but that is for initial filing and not necessarily for RFE specially it seems that my case is now at the Nebraska Service Center.  I've also been looking at online forums as to whom may have a similar case to mine and to where they sent their I-751 RFE if their case is now at the Nebraska Service Center.  I appreciate your attempt at helping, Thank You.
