I made it. I got in US before they close everything and now I have another problem:

90 days to get married and all the courts are close, so I can even get a wedding license.

Does someone know what should I do or if I can extend those 90 days in case the court do not open until there? (it seems like they will open the end of may but I doubt it.

HEEELP! :(

No extensions per INA. Most of the states have already reached peak COVID period and it’s highly likely you’ll see business opening in the next month.

MN is working on a non public facing marriage license issuance solution.  I assume most other states are doing the same.

YMMV

In California all the courts have this notice:

"In accordance with the County Health Officer and with Governor Newsom's "shelter-in-place" order,
our office will be closing their doors to the public and will not be able to issue
marriage licenses or perform civil marriage ceremonies until further notice. "

So I got an online license on arizona court, but now I can't find anyone to marry because I don't think an officiant from California can marry me. It has to be from arizona.

Depends on the rules of Arizona.   It would appear that the officiant requirement for Arizona is fairly easy.   It would appear that my credentials allow me to be eligible to perform marriages in Arizona

YMMV
