I 751 Credit card payment and lockbox facility

Hi there,

 

I am going to file I 751 with Credicard payment. USCIS i can send to lockbox and i live in New York

i want to make sure these are right address for credit card.

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. Box 660480
Dallas, TX 75266

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
2501 S. State Hwy. 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

 

Please confirm me that its a lockbox.

3/15/17 Sent  AOS, EAD and AP  to Chicago Lockbox

3/16/17 Received Case 

3/30/17 Cashed Check 

4/1/17 Got NOA e-mails(4) and Texts(4)

4/7/17 Got NOA Hard copies via mails(4)

4/14/17  Biometrics Appointment letter

4/15/17 Got RFIE

4/17/17 sent RFIE and Biometrics done

4/19/17 USCIS received RFIE 

5/11/17 Case is ready to scheduled and interview. 

5/18/17 EAD New card is being produced. 

5/19/17 Expedite AP got approved due Severe financial loss situation 

5/23/17 Received Combo card in the mail (Day69)

We will file using CC payment as well.  Gonna send it via UPS to the Phoenix Lockbox, hopefully by Saturday.  We live in NV.

04/15/2020: Credit Card charged

04/16/2020: Case was received, assigned to WAC; Notice Date for I-751

04/17/2020: SMS notification that case was received

04/20/2020: Received hard copy I-797 NOA

09/30/2020: Old fingerprints were applied to ROC application

12/30/2020: SMS/e-mail received that case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction

01/04/2021: Received Transfer Notice to NBC 

04/19/2021: New card is being produced; Approval Notice date (374 days from filing date) 

04/20/2021: Case was approved notification received

04/21/2021: Card has been mailed to me notification

04/22/2021: I-751 Approval Notice received

04/24/2021: Permanent Green Card in hand (IR6)
