Bernie Sanders Is Ending His Presidential Campaign

Bernie Sanders is ending his campaign for president, he told his campaign staff in a call Wednesday morning.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic that has shut down much of American life over the last month, Sanders faced strict constraints on his ability to campaign — and increasingly difficult odds in a Democratic presidential primary that is all but over.

Sad to see this -- Sanders was my second choice after Warren. Kudos to him for a great run.

He was never going to get elected because he never was serious about his presidential campaign. He did not reach out and increase his base from 2016, and he even lost people from then. Not to mention he never wanted to press the advantage and go after Dementia Joe. As soon as he said that "Joe Biden can beat Trump" the race was over and many people on the Left have said that for weeks now.

Heartbroken Now the choice is between two men who assault women. If I could vote, I wouldn't vote for either one of them.

 

Bernie was too good and honest. A very rare type of politician. Shame that so many people voted for crooks instead.

You do know that Bernie funneled a bunch of his campaign funds to his wife and stepdaughter right?

I have no interest in ridiculous statements. I have donated a fair amount to Bernie and I'm sure he'll put the funds to good use. 

 

Bernie is what America needs, Biden and Trump are what it deserves. Shame, shame, shame.

He's the poorest member of Congress. He has a place in DC, as he is required to, his house in Vermont and a summer cabin bought with his wife's inheritance. Also, he obviously gets paid well as a senator. You seriously think this makes him rich? My condo in Southern California is more expensive than his houses, am I super rich now?
