Have received no "documentarily qualified" message after all documents are accepted for over six months

Hello everyone,

 

I've petitioned for nonimmigrant visas for my parents. From August 2019, NVC did not require any additional documents for my mother. The website showed "Accepted" for all documents. However, the "documentarily qualified" message was not received either. During the last six months my father's case constantly asked for more documents which I provided them all and he just received the "documentarily qualified" message saying that he is in the queue for interview appointment. But still nothing on my mother's file. I would appreciate any help or experience on this as I'm desperate and given the COVID-19 situation, no response comes from their side.
