There is nothing you can do not within your control.

 

You have to wait and see how things develop.

Nothing you can do to get your h1b stamped at this moment. You have to wait until embassy opens. There is no reason for them to expedite your case. Also India is under national lockdown for 21 days. Cant you work remotely ? Good luck.

I work for a hospital, so cant work remotely ,also my hospital has less staff and more patients.

Not sure if you are a doctor or nurse but foreign worker is not US governments priority right now, so the only thing you can do is wait.
