back in the beginning of the March I had a similar issue, eventually I was able to upload documents the next day. Maybe too many people are trying to access the website right now and it can’t deal with so many requests. Maybe try early in the morning, or late at night.

try submit at different timing. for me it happens in my afternoon

Yes. I was able to upload the documents now. But they still have issue with processing the payments.

As far as payment is concern. they already mentioned " system under maintenance " Message but i heard news from one my friend he successfully pay.

 

For that do not worry its a routine work from them. keep trying.
