A DL does not prove domicile, but it, along with other quality evidence, would be good evidence of it.

What are your circumstances? That will be the biggest factor in the decision. Somebody who has been abroad for 6 months is different than somebody who has been abroad for 2 years (noting this as that's the max time on a re-entry permit since your posted this in a forum for LPR petitioners), which is different than somebody who has lived most of their life abroad.

What else do you have?  Taxes, car registration, pay stubs, insurance policies, rent receipts, utility bills?

Then she shouldn't be asked about domicile.  That typically comes up only is she is not in the US.

The NVC asked me to upload a proof of domicile about the household member which my co sponsor for my spouse.

Then the co-sponsor needs to provide some additional proof.  Having a driver's license shows nothing about how long someone has had domicile.  My wife still has an unexpired Filipino and a Mexican Drivers License.  It doesn't prove she lives there now.

Even if the drivers license is from US and it indicates where she lives? Or I’ll just wait for their response cos I already sent all the documents.

If she's being added as a household member for your joint sponsor, then I'll assume she has income (unless she is using assets only...). Assuming that's from a job, I would assume documentation of her work (i.e. the pay stubs showing them withholding state and/or local taxes) would be a very good piece of evidence that she is living in the US.
