Submitted the I-130 and I485 without I944.

Yes. As Rambava said they are returning the whole thing, I payed with money orders and I had to split the payment in two I did'nt think that would be the reason for them to return everything but it does make sense... im also finishing my file to send it back this week. Jus going through the new I-944 that nobody has any idea of, not even lawyers... trying to get a proof that I dont have any credit score is very hard. If anybody has advice on this I would appreciate it. Also my high school diploma is in spanish and I did an english certified translation, would this be enough proof? Thanks in advance and best of luck to everybody, we are all in the same boat

Got my whole packet back with 2 rejection notices for I130 and I485 on Tuesday for using outdated version of I485 form. Had to re-do everything and submitted it yesterday. Hopefully everything works out good this time! Fingers crossed! 🤞🏻

Yeah received my packet back this past Saturday. Now printing everything over and preparing a new packet. They rejected it saying they need the new I-944 and outdated I-485. I am waiting for the medical exam which I will get by this Thursday and the equivalency docs. Although I opted for the 10 business days and now wondering if I should pay the extra $100 to get it by tomorrow or this week given the new executive order confusion.
