Dear all,

Anyone here who have a latest experience on filing removal of condition on green card during this period of corona virus? How's it so far?

Would you recommend to file it earlier during this period of time?

Does the USCIS continue to process the applications for removal of conditions or on hold?

Thank you for your replies

I would mail the I-751 package as soon as possible after the 90 day window opens........do not send it earlier.  USCIS has not stopped working.  Only personal contact with the public has paused.

You still have to file it when you're supposed to. Not early, not late. All the rules still apply. I will however suggest that you file as early as possible during the 90 day window so you are able to mitigate against any possible delays in getting your extension letter. They are still working and even some in person appointments are being done on a case by case basis.
