Apparently my wife did not get a copy of any vaccines they gave her when she was getting her K! visa. assume that now we have to get all o them again or does Immigrations have a record?

Immigrations wont have a record, that is why you submit a I-693A vaccination supplement with the AOS package.

You can get tested for some of the vaccinations, and get boosters for the others, for most it only consists of 3 vaccinations,

MMR, Varicella, and Tetanus and diptheria toxoids. You can get these done by your family doctor, local clinic, or local health department.

You will then take the records to a civil surgeon to get transfered to a supplement.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
