Hey! I think you and I have very similar timelines. They got my case on 4th of May, I still haven’t heard anything... it’s been a month now!

The receipt date for me was April 29th and I got my receipts on May 5th.

Will they start scheduling appointments to take place after that time or are they not even scheduling until June 22nd?

She didn't specify when they will start issuing appointment notices. She just said they won't start doing biometrics until at least June 22nd.

Mine too! I think possibly because my spouse’s name wasn’t on the box and we didn’t change names. I’ve requested them to be re-sent, added the name to the box, left a note for the mail carrier, and updated my address with USCIS to include a C/O with my name. Should see if it worked in the next week or so.

But I am receiving other mails under my name. Are they going to take 30 days to send the notice back? customer care keep saying to wait for 30 days

Talk with your mailman! Ours didn't deliver the notices because she didn't recognize his name (we are temporarily living with my parents). Unfortunately, if they decide not to deliver the mail, it gets immediately returned as undeliverable. I spoke with a representative at USCIS who said that it shouldn't impact our case since there is no action needed from the initial receipt notice, but we still requested a resend of the documents just to have them.

When you requested? Its around 20 days for me but no update

I requested on May 27 so I probably still have awhile until I hear back. The confirmation email said to expect a response by June 18, but that might just be for them to tell me they're resending.

Hi all,

Quick update on the SSN front. It’s been a little over two weeks since my husband managed to get his in-person appointment at our local SSA office. His case was sent off for manual verification and we have yet to receive the card in the mail. Called the office where he filed this morning and they told him that his documents are still being verified and to expect it to take another 1-2 weeks.

@YvetteS, have you gotten any updates on your card/number?

I received my card/number in the mail today! Any news for you?

Mine was received 5th of May and I got NOA1s a week later. Have you tried contacting the lockbox or the contact center?

Hi! Sorry, I did receive all my NOA1’s in the beginning of May. I just haven’t heard anything else since then! Not even a RFE.. so I’m hoping that I won’t get one but who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

We requested a duplicate notice here: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do After you fill out the form, you get an automated confirmation email telling you when you can expect a reply.

So, we didn’t know about the Advanced Parole until after we applied for AOS. We ended up sending out the I-131 application after we got our NOA1 for the AOS

Does anyone know how long it will take before we get NOA1 for that? I’m guessing around 3-4 weeks?

Thanks!

Anyone had biometrics scheduled yet? I heard that although field offices are open, biometrics will not start being taken until 21st June but wondered if anyone had been scheduled for after that yet?
