I forgot to attach irs tax transcripts for the form i-944. I only included copy of federal tax return, w-2, and letter from employer as my income is above 125% poverty level. Would this trigger RFE? I am worried...

Did you include the IRS transcripts with your I864?

It has been 35 days today our AOS packet delivered to lockbox and haven't heard anything whatsoever from them. lockbox hasn't replied to our email.
Is it time for me to reapply? I only have few weeks before I-94 expires. Thank you for your suggestion.

Call USCIS or chat with Emma. Ask them if your case is in the system.

Emails to Lockbox are practically useless. We sent them twice, and got no reply. We learned our NOA case numbers through chatting with Emma. Good luck!

Did you call the call center and speak with someone? And if so, then they said your application is still not even in their system? I'd still wait before considering re-applying, since I imagine if they are processing your first application that could then become very confusing, but I understand that's easy for me to say at this point, I know how frustrating this must be :( If you haven't already, could always ask the person over the call center line what they think you should do.

I would suggest you wait a little bit longer. I was in a similar situation of not knowing what to do with my wife and stepsons applications.

In our case they received the AOS packets on April 13th but we didn't hear back till May 28th.

It just seems in some cases it's taking a little bit longer than expected.

Thank you @uofaforlife, we will wait for few weeks before we reapply.

FYI-

I just called USCIS and they said they will not be conducting biometrics appointments until June 22nd.

I also asked why my I-765 expedite request was denied and others get approved without biometrics and she just said that it is determined on a case by case basis 🙄

Will they start scheduling appointments to take place after that time or are they not even scheduling until June 22nd?

My status changed to this 'Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It' Any one have same problem?

Mine too! I think possibly because my spouse’s name wasn’t on the box and we didn’t change names. I’ve requested them to be re-sent, added the name to the box, left a note for the mail carrier, and updated my address with USCIS to include a C/O with my name. Should see if it worked in the next week or so.

Talk with your mailman! Ours didn't deliver the notices because she didn't recognize his name (we are temporarily living with my parents). Unfortunately, if they decide not to deliver the mail, it gets immediately returned as undeliverable. I spoke with a representative at USCIS who said that it shouldn't impact our case since there is no action needed from the initial receipt notice, but we still requested a resend of the documents just to have them.

Any approvals for the April filers!? I am checking the numbers around me constantly only to see a lot of people getting RFE. And the remaining ones have no action on it. Rarely seeing an approval. So just wondering.

Hey! I think you and I have very similar timelines. They got my case on 4th of May, I still haven’t heard anything... it’s been a month now!
