Yes, we are. AOS mailed out on 4/24, received in Chicago on 4/28, check has not been cleared, no NOA.

We got our case number via text today, we got IOE. I wasn’t aware that AOS was using that for filing, I just assumed it would go to a specific field office.

For those who have received your NOA in the mail, was the date on there the same as the “receive date” when you enter your receipt number on the USCIS website? Our online receive date was April 15 but the payment wasn’t processed/accepted until May 7 and we received our texts a few days after that. Not sure which date to factor into our timeline. We were hoping to receive the paper NOA last week but unfortunately our mail lady decided not to deliver it because she didn’t recognize my husband’s name and now it’s being returned to sender 🙃

Anyone of the April Filers got biometric letters or any update at all?

I recently received an email about RFIE on my I-485. I can't possibly guess what it is. I will update with you guys once I get the letter.

It was received at the lockbox on April 22nd and the charged my card on May 14th.

I'm new to the whole IOE thing. Does anyone know how that works with AOS? Will we get transferred to a field office? I tried searching for it on the forum, but I've been having issues searching the forum, it always returns "no entry".

I’ve been randomly checking for any updates on my case without any expectations for obvious reasons. However, today I saw they just sent an RFIE 🤬🤬🤬 I was not expecting that whatsoever. We included EVERYTHING and more. Anyway, I would bet it’s something about the birth certificate being wrong or something they lost lol. Unbelievable. Will let you know when I get the letter. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Thanks! What is your receipt date if you don't mind me asking?

I see some similar posts so just wanted to add mine. We filed our AoS package on April 28. USPS tracking said it was delivered to and signed for at the Chicago Lockbox on April 29. We have yet to receive any NoA and, on top of that, we called the USCIS call enter yesterday and they said they did not have our package in their system yet. They said to e-mail this address: lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov to ask about our status. It's been quite a while, so we can't help worrying, but it seems this is happening to a good amount of people here?

Yes, quite a number of applicants are in the same situation. It's hard to explain why some got their NOAs quickly, some after a reasonable time of waiting, and some reaching a 3-4 weeks mark, and go crazy worrying.

this is quite normal-

i was - like you- worried - i wrote lockbox support an email a month ago but still have not received a reply- however in the meantime i did receive the NOA notifications by text and mail. about a month after the application was received - wait until the beginning of June - you should hear something before then..
