I sent my packet (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765, I-944) on the 30th April. Received Chicago Lockbox 2nd May, payment taken 4th May, NOA issued 5th May, received paper copies 11th May. I am a previous Greencard holder which I surrendered several years ago. That won't be a help or hinderance but it will be interesting to see if they use my previously supplied biometrics.

Congrats :)

Ours was delivered April 14th and still nothing. We are 3 days short of the 30 day mark. I assumed Uscis wouldn’t help if it’s not in the system they have no access. What did they advise you to do if they won’t log a service request? How long do you wait before just resubmitting entirely?

Make sure that is a solid 30 WORKING DAYS!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

Yeah, same situation. Lockbox received our forms on April 15, no word yet...

Checked with my credit union to see if the check was cashed, and they said it wasn't yet. Interestingly, the credit union representative said that the Department of Homeland Security call center was closed and hopefully they will open up again and start processing payments. I don't know where she got this information. I asked her if the credit union was getting similar requests to mine about cashier's checks and she said that they were. I've been checking every day through the credit union chat feature, so maybe they think they are getting many requests, but its just me. lol

I don't know if they really tried to follow up and call, and we all know they are indeed processing other's paperwork and payments on this thread...

Just got our RFIE in the mail today. They're requesting the birth certificate even though we submitted it correctly the first time....

This is a little confusing considering you already gave them the birth certificate. The birth certificate you gave was that the copy of the original one? Also was it translated into English if it was in other language?

Yeah it was a copy and we also submitted the English translation. It's the same birth certificate that USCIS requires from Ecuadorians on the Visa Reciprocity page which is really confusing me. I know of other Ecuadorians getting this same letter recently but don't know how they've responded.

In that case that would be your best best tbh. Seems like there is a certain way they want it. Maybe you can call USCIS and ask them if thats the exact one you submitted that they are asking for.

And i reorganized everything and filed the i-944 and I-864EZ as they required and resubmitted them on March 29,2020 due to the usps tracking number package Has received on May 1st and signed by Brown. Still now i have not received any notice of action from USCIS I called them USCIS the asked for my birth date my name and said the don’t see anything in the system. I am so curious and do not know to do somebody there have experienced anything like this ???

We have a similar experience. Mailed our AOS package on 4/24, it was received and signed for on 4/28. Since then not a peep. I contacted USCIS through chat, they said they don't see our cases in the system. They told us to wait for 2 more weeks, then contact USCIS again (total 30 days after the receipt date is required).

We finally received our texts last night! Our packet was delivered on 4/15, credit card was charged on 5/6. Interestingly, when I enter the receipt numbers online the case history lists 4/15 as the receive date so I'm not sure why there was such a delay with the messages... Waiting on the paper NOA1 to be delivered so I can see what the actual NOA date is that they list.

Anyone on the same page ?

We mailed 4/24 by registered first-class all the forms you mentioned, they were received by Chicago lockbox on 4/28. Since then the check has NOT been cashed, and no NOAs. Just dead silence from USCIS.
