Yes! Mine was received on April 23,2020 and I have not heard from them. My checks aren’t cash as yet.😩

Our check hasn't been cashed either and seriously it is starting to freak me out a little bit though of course they say we shouldn't start worrying until it has been past 1 month. Keep us posted please on any update

Today i was informed USCIS will not even log a service request and look into the matter ???

Meanwhile this is what have been advised previously- after 30 days a service request will be submitted.

I'm a bit worried myself. We didn't know about the I-131 thing before sending in the AOS application. So now we have to wait for that NOA to come back before we can submit the I-131. And I've read that it can take 5+ months depending on where your application is sent.

USCIS customer service

wow.. that is crazy and fraustrating hopefully you hear something soon. I filed the form to get notifications and I never did so your notices might just show up in the mail. Luckily i got responses quickly both when I was rejected and accepted.

Ours was delivered April 14th and still nothing. We are 3 days short of the 30 day mark. I assumed Uscis wouldn’t help if it’s not in the system they have no access. What did they advise you to do if they won’t log a service request? How long do you wait before just resubmitting entirely?

I sent my packet (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765, I-944) on the 30th April. Received Chicago Lockbox 2nd May, payment taken 4th May, NOA issued 5th May, received paper copies 11th May. I am a previous Greencard holder which I surrendered several years ago. That won't be a help or hinderance but it will be interesting to see if they use my previously supplied biometrics.
