This is making me freak out a little... Everyone received their texts but we are still waiting :(

Please don't freak out (easier said than done I know) I'm sure you will get something soon! I know that feeling though, and at the end of the day whatever happens, it will work out!

Hey all.. just wanting to check with others.. are we supposed to get 3 or 4 texts? I just checked all the case numbers I received.

I got:

1. I765 received

2. I131 received

3. Finger print fee received for I485

Am I supposed to have a text saying I485 received?

I'm hoping someone can just put me at ease.

Thanks VJ friends!!

I only received 3 texts (assuming for 485, 130, 765 - I didn't submit advance parole form). Although I am having trouble logging on to USCIS to check my case status (doesn't recognize my email address or my case number) 🤷‍♀️

That's just for the beneficiary. They want to know if you have any debts or liabilities and also need the proof. If it's in another language it will have to be a certified translation. We used this site (they were super fast): www.universal-translation-services.com

Your answer will depend on what you feel as household. If your husband or wife is written as a household member and any of you filed tax, then both of you will put details in debts and liabilities if any. Just as you put in assets section. Since you came on K1 you won't have liabilities yet but your spouse can have credit card or personal loan liability or car loan.

If you don't have any debts or liabilities, you don't need to prove that right?

Just proof or evidence if you DO have debts/liabilities?

they will require your bank statements and your annual tax reports / here your assets and liabilities may be indicated.

Your credit report is also warranted / if available

Great, that's exactly what I am planning on doing!

Is the 12 months of bank statements for if you can't produce a credit report?

I didn't attach 12 bank statements, since they were German bank statements. I attached my translated tax report though.

No that was required - please refer to the guide to form I 944

If you listed any assets as far as I see in the instructions. We didn't list any, that's why we didn't attach 12 bank statements.
