Thank you and we got Jan 2nd notice online and it took until the 19th to get the mail so over two weeks. I was getting nervous but people told me thats not uncommon so just be patient it should be there soon.

Just I need to know date of my interview so my wife could arrange to be off that's day because she needs to ask for day off or reschedule in advance, so there is any way to find what day interview will be before notice in mail

Hi. There's no way to find the interview date. Just wait for the mail to come.

I'm a May 2020 filer, interview scheduled Jan 11th and my interview notice arriving today!!!

you can talk to a representative via Emma and ask the agent to schedule you for a call back from a tier 2 rep. tier 2 rep will tell you the date and even email you a copy or you can wait for the mail but i will advise you to contact them as the mail might come a week before the interview.

Did anyone from Atlanta April filers get their Interview scheduled? I thought I saw someone's post few weeks ago but I can't find it anymore. Hope Atlanta backlogs are clearing. So happy to see other states are making progress!

Cam across something really cool on reddit. All the credit goes to the developer of the app for tracking times.

Anyone else still have their case stuff at "Biometrics Scheduled". Ours has been that way since July 28th. The biometrics were fine and they do not need to be retaken, but I don't understand why it hasn't moved at all since then. Also I have no way of tracking the case processing time since it was an IOE receipt number. It's getting so frustrating!

The Service Center should be listed on the bottom of the Receipt notice.

The IOE case didn’t go to any service center yet, it went to NBC, which isn’t traceable. My understanding is that it doesn’t go to a service center until they mark it as ready for interview. So until then, we have no way of checking case processing times for it. I know a few other people on here are having the same issue. At this rate we are looking at at least another year.

It just seems odd that it hasn’t moved from the NBC to service center after almost a year. Once we get to service center it could be another year still. It’s very disheartening since my husband can’t bring just stuff down until he gets his green card.

I know we’re all going through this, so I’m just venting not complaining 😊

2020 April filer Bio appointment in August no movement on case since

re EAD/AP I-had some succes i believe by involvement of my congress representative office.  I received the card in September 2020

according to Tier one rep - AOS case is currently   Processing applications with 2018 receipt dates in Los Angeles -

I got a successful response to a RFI by USCIS

my case is with NBC and an inquiry to the whereabouts have been placed - lets see what comes of that -

my Expectations was 5-10 months for the GC not 36 months-

it impairs my posibility to get insurance her in the US and my Danish insurance company is prohibited for insurance activities in the US -

anyone in the same situation?

back to the OP- try and reach out to your Representative office.

My husband is in a very similar boat, I just posted about it above.

His case is at NBC too, no movement since August, just says “Biometrics Scheduled”. He has since had his biometrics taken and it was confirmed that they are good.

How did you submit an enquiry to the status of your case at NBC? I’m really worried his case got lost in the mix and they won’t look at it until it’s been like 2yrs.
