I will use this if we do not get the appointment notice within the next 7 to 10 days. Doesn't show anything yet. Thanks tho.

After a closer look, that link seems specifically for Infopass appointments (i.e. passport stamps, etc.), not biometric appointment:

I had already tried to access this but it kept showing no appointment scheduled. I was able to speak with a technical expert at USCIS who confirmed their are certain type of applications where we cannot see documents online. Not sure if all K1 fall in that category but mine sure was. However I have been able to get them to email it to me finally after insane amount of calling them.

How did everything work out for you? We they able to send the notice via email. I took your previous advice and was able to get an appointment scheduled over the phone. Thanks and best of luck.

Its nice to hear you were able to get an appointment and my advice came handy. The further update on my case is that I was indeed able to get my notice on email but it was a task. My appointment was 24th which was Tuesday so I called USCIS early morning on 23rd and they again put me on an urgent queue for call back with turnaround time of 24-48 hrs, I was very sure they wont call me. The USCIS service center staff actually told me to go without the notice just in case it doesn't arrive, which I feel is the worst advise cause they wont even let you in without it. Anyways, surprisingly someone from USCIS called me at 11AM just within 2 hrs of me calling but unfortunately I missed the call. But the officer left me a voicemail stating she will make a second attempt. She called me back around 2 PM and was able to email the same to me.

Regarding my experience at the biometric center, I arrived an hour early and they had already started the queue for the 1 PM appointment lot. I was second in my lot. It was quiet smooth and I was done in 30 minutes. One thing I will emphasize is that with the notice that you receive their is a second page that needs you to fill your physical data and sign. Please make sure you fill it and take it with you. An elderly couple in our group did not bring the same and it was a big hassle for them. The center allowed cell phones but you have to turn it off before going in. Only interpreters, helpers for disabled and parents for  minors are allowed in as companions.

I had my interview today between 1:30pm to 2:00pm mountain time.

My husband and I were allowed to go inside uscis 15 minutes to our interview time.

So the officer was a lady.

My husband was called first together with our immigration lawyer. After about 13 minutes later I was called to come in and my hubby was asked to leave the interview room.

The officer asked me to take an oath to tell the truth. After that the oath, she ask me to mention my legal name, asked of my DoB, my parents full name, where I was born, and when I arrived in US. Then, she went through the I-485 application questions (the yes and no questions) with me.

She asked if there are any redflags in my marriage.

Afterwards, she ask me to talk to her about my marriage life.

She asked where and when I met my hubby for the first time, asked if I have met my hubby's family members, places we have visited, which pet we have and its name, where we both work and how we go to work.

She later said she is going to do her reviews. But talk about 10 years green card since my marriage is over 2years.

So in all my interview went well and according to my immigration lawyer, he said the officer was looking for reasons to approve me. So i did well.

Update on my case. I received an email reply stating that my biometrics appt letter is being sent to me.  Finally.

Is a Tier 1 officer able to tell me the date of my appointment? Asking in case anyone knows before I call to bother them again.

My wife and I are out of town for the month. Ill drive back for my appointment if need be, however it would be nice to get the date to plan things out and make sure we don't miss it. That reprint your appointment online site doesn't work for me either.

From my understanding only tier 2 can tell you this. They scheduled ours over the phone and was able to give a date and time. We now wait for the notice in the mail.

Thankfully she said if we don't get the notice within 7 to 10 days we should call back so that gives us couple days before the appointment.  Has your case been updated to show that biometrics were taken and also do you plan on trying to expedite?

What date did they give you? Wondering how far in advance notice they provide.  And do you plan to walk in?

yesterday they scheduled us for Dec 18th at 12pm. Not planning to walk in just waiting on the appointment notice  in the mail. If nothing we will call back on the 15th as instructed.

Yes they updated the case status to fingerprints applied. Expedite is a little tricky, I do not qualify for financial hardship and my job offers do not want to give me anything on paper until I have the EAD. So, its a wait and watch scenario for me as of now.

Yes, I was able to get that details from the live chat option. But when I called them on phone the agent was not the most helpful and told me she doesn't have access but when I mentioned I was given the info on chat, she admitted her system is down and she cannot see it right now. So I guess it depends if you get a good one. Try chat first, its faster and you wont be frustrated after waiting for an hour on line.

Hi,

I expedited my EAD and they asked me for evidences that I faxed the documents two times, but I haven't received any confirmation email to see if they got my documents for financial loss. Now the status for I765 is "Expedite Request Received". Today the status of I131 was changed to "Expedite Request Approved" while I haven't requested for I131, I requested for I765. Is this a mistake? Anyone has similar situation?

Hi All, my original post was going to ask whether people that have had their biometrics done but still no word on EAD approval have tried calling USCIS to check their status and if it was to any avail. After reading the last few pages of thread, I have my answer 😅😭 I had my biometrics 10/22, PD 04/22 and no further word on my EAD, and not holding out hope for anything anytime soon! I feel for everyone out there still waiting on biometrics, EADs and interviews, this process has been a tough one but at least we aren't alone! (I am at the Cincinnati office in case that is anyone else's ASC!!).
