Same here. April 14th PD date, Seattle office. No biometrics while I’ve seen others in Seattle near my PD date receiving their combo cards this week. Every time I talk to Uscis I’m told what you were told. My office reopened July 13th, so the 90 day mark is only about 3 weeks away at this point. I’m wondering what their move will be when I inevitably have nothing after 90 days? They won’t answer my “what if” I question when I ask, so I assume I’ll just be told to continue waiting.

I think once the 90 day mark is reached you can put in an inquiry. I really don't understand how some JUNE filers here already had their appointments. It's so frustrating to see. I'll update you if I receive anything within the next 4 weeks. I also have an interview on Monday, if I get a job offer I hope to be able to expedite this whole thing.

Same. I understand it relies mostly on the backlog at specific ASCs, which was fine for me to use as justification when I saw no progress from the Seattle office. I’m wondering if the PD date printed or the actual date the NOA was received matters? It took almost a month to receive my NOA after filing (another wait much longer than others) but the PD date printed on my receipt is 4/14. I also just moved to a new place, just down the road in the same city, but still also concerned I’ll miss something with all the mail forwarding. I usually contact Uscis weekly now to check but last time they were basically like, I see you’ve already asked about this several times, nothing has changed, you were already told to wait 90 days, etc.

Yeah, I just don't understand if there is a backlog how people who filed after us are getting appointments. Did you sign up for usps informed delivery? It really does help with mail, sometimes we don't even get the mail we were supposed to.. Everytime I check with uscis now they just tell me the 90 days and then disconnect the chat without saying anything else. Its ridiculous..

When they emailed me that my interview was scheduled it was scheduled for 1.5 month after my case update. I would wait and see when the interview is.

Thank you! You were right, and today we received the letter, the interview date is Oct 29, which is three days after our 2 yr anniversary 👏 That means my husband will get a 10 year green card👍 and we are spared of an expensive and time consuming ROC.

As to his combocard, not a peep from USCIS even though he had his biometrics done on 8/28 and requested to expedite his I-765 approval on 8/31.

Yep we have informed delivery and have started receiving forwarded mail from our old place, plus usually get what is shown to be arriving. There was a period of time after I submitted my change of address with Usps, but before we moved, that things would show up and I didn’t get. None were from Uscis though so I’m hoping that was just a transitional time between addresses that is now sorted out. I can’t wait to contact Uscis when 90 days hits, only for them to tell me that I had in fact been scheduled months prior, just never received the notice. That’s my fear about what will actually happen as it seems to be the norm throughout this process so far. It bothers me how quick they are to say 90 days now without even checking.

April 13, 2020 --> I-485/I-765/I-131: Case received
August 11, 2020 --> I-485/I-765: Fingerprints taken
August 18, 2020 --> I-485: Ready for Interview
September 16, 2020 --> I-131: Case approved
September 16, 2020 --> I-765: Card was mailed
September 18, 2020 --> I-131: Fingerprints taken
September 18, 2020 --> I-485: Interview was scheduled
September 19, 2020 --> I-765/I-131: Combo card received 🥳

After I saw on Wednesday night that my AP was approved (without taking fingerprints for it yet), I called USCIS if I have to go to the biometrics appointment the next day anyway. It's a two-hour drive for me to get there and I didn't want to go if it wasn't necessary. Well, since my EAD was already mailed, I assumed they will simply send me a combo card.
So I talked to a very friendly representative, who suggsted to talk to a tier2 officer. So after six hours I got a call back from a higher officer and I explained my situation. Her only response was "we apologize for the inconveniences and suggest you show up anyway". After I said that it is a long drive, I got the same response... after I said my card was already approved, I got the same response... after I asked if she could look into my case, I got the same response... so yeah, in total I got that phrase 4-5 times within a two minutes call. And I went to the biometrics anyway, just to find out that it was unnecessary (as expected), since I received my combo card today 👏🏻

What? It has happened that people had appointments but never received their letters? That's insane and that they would not check 🙄 literally no words for the process anymore 😩

So you never had to do your biometrics ? Wow. Congratulations !🎉

I’ve read several posts about people asking Uscis either by phone or chat if biometrics were scheduled, were told no, then the notice arrived the same day. So that tells me they don’t know or check. It also seems to be the norm during these times that cases are not updating online to show that biometrics were scheduled. Instead, the notice is just arriving in the mail. I’ve also seen that notices don’t get delivered or received, then by the time it is re-sent or Uscis really does check after an inquiry, the appointment has been missed and needs to be rescheduled. So at the risk of sounding insanely pessimistic, I’d be surprised if we got ours with no issues now that this much time has passed. But don’t let my negativity bring you down!

Thanks for sharing, that's really good to know? And I'm completely with you by being pessimistic at this point 😂 I can imagine all of these scenarios for us. Only got a couple more weeks, let's see what happens/ if anything happens

I just like to keep up-to-date on all the worst case scenarios and things that could go wrong. We got our k-1 approval in like 3 months which was so fast and easy, then everything from that point on has been delayed to the last possible moment. I’d be surprised if I received anything earlier than just “days before the latest possible moment.” Anyway, keep me posted if you hear something and good luck!

We got our AOS interview letter in the mail today 8 days after we got notification it was scheduled. Appointment date of October 20th! Also received my wife's Combo card in the mail today. We didn't get a card for my K2 step son, his case was never updated for the combo card after bio but got an interview letter today as well.

The only piece of evidence that the letter says to bring that I am not sure about is regarding the medical exam. The letter says to bring "A completed medical examination (form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope, unless already submitted"

My wife and step son had their medical done in the UK last September. The only evidence we had from this left at this point was a copy of their DS-3025, vaccine list. We submitted this DS-3025 copy with the AOS application but we didn't do an updated I-693.I know my stepson had received some vaccines earlier this year before he started school so what's printed out isn't completely up to date.

I'm just confused if a new exam will need to be done for them before their appointment. I wasn't really prepared to do this so I'm hoping that's something we can get done quickly if need be.

Has anyone had their biometrics done yet for the Cleveland office? We haven't heard anything past being told to wait 90 days. We have USPS informed delivery as well, which has yielded nothing so far.
