Hi all,

I am an August filer (employment based). My ASC is at Seattle WA. Is there anyone from April filers or other months that has received biometrics appointment for Seattle WA ASC? If not, please also let me know about your timeline as to get an idea about the Seattle’s terrible biometrics appointment queue :(

Deeply sorry for any inconvenience

I'm in the same boat. I contacted USCIS again today for my biometrics and they said it can take up to 90 days to get an appointment but shouldn't be any longer than that. I've been waiting for 5.5 months and it's just so frustrating when everyone else is moving along. I really hope we hear something within the next month to finally move forward..

Same here. April 14th PD date, Seattle office. No biometrics while I’ve seen others in Seattle near my PD date receiving their combo cards this week. Every time I talk to Uscis I’m told what you were told. My office reopened July 13th, so the 90 day mark is only about 3 weeks away at this point. I’m wondering what their move will be when I inevitably have nothing after 90 days? They won’t answer my “what if” I question when I ask, so I assume I’ll just be told to continue waiting.

Out of curiosity, for those of y'all whose cases have moved along to the point of approval for EAD/AP, if you recall, how accurate was visajourney's estimations for when you would get approval? I realize it'll vary a lot, but just want to get a feel for if these estimations are just all over the place or if there is something to them

The EAD/AP we got approval ~1.5 weeks earlier than the estimate and the I-129F back in Jan was accurate within just a few days.

Another Seattle sad story :( I feel so sorry for people having different timeline due to huge delay in biometrics.

Are other Seattle cases (April) that move along? That is a surprise!!!

I’ve talked to one Seattle filer with a PD 3/25, and seen another with a PD of 4/7, both have had biometrics and received combo cards this week. My PD is 4/14 and nothing.

Where they family or employment based cases? This is also another factor! I cannot understand what is going on with the Seattle ASC. I see even NY to move along. This is crazy 😜

Me too!

Package received 4/7, NOA was dated 4/17

I-130 still "received" 4/7

Biometrics in Seattle on 8/26

I-131 still "updated to show fingerprints were taken" since 8/26

I-485 ready to schedule for interview since 9/3

I-765 "New Card is Being Produced" 9/11

Good timing since I had to stop working after my TN status expired this week. My employer's immigration lawyer was looking at expediting but I don't think that went anywhere.

FYI, This is the member based in Seattle.
