the card comes from USCIS Lee Summit MI

I see that too. I'm pretty surprised that my EAD case status was updated again this morning providing a tracking code for the card.

Anyone from April still waiting for a biometrics appointment? My PD date is 04/14 and I’m in Seattle, but getting more stressed as I see most other April filers making progress and it just feels like we are stuck.

My PD is 04/27 from NYC. Still no update. Completely frustrated and unable to understand why are some cases so delayed.

I understand how it feels. My only guess is scheduling biometrics appointment depends greatly on the local situation where you reside. It may take some offices longer to catch up with the rest. Be patient and stay positive.

And if you don't mind, please update your timeline, it'll help other members alot those who are also waiting.

Hey! Were you able to apply for SSN? The offices have been closed ever since I arrived.

There is no question on patience and staying positive, there are no other choices for us but to not have even a biometric update in 5 months is severely delayed scenario. We are just expressing our frustration which is natural I guess. Appreciate your possible explanation on the delay. And my timeline is up to date. There has been nothing post NOA.

That's quiet long. So how did it go for you? Did you get your NOA and had a radio silence for the longest too?

Well, I strongly believe most of us here, in this thread, have been through that. LOL

You can try calling SSA Manhattan on 123 Williams Street. I'll be going next week to apply for the SSN.

Me too!

Package received 4/7, NOA was dated 4/17

I-130 still "received" 4/7

Biometrics in Seattle on 8/26

I-131 still "updated to show fingerprints were taken" since 8/26

I-485 ready to schedule for interview since 9/3

I-765 "New Card is Being Produced" 9/11

Good timing since I had to stop working after my TN status expired this week. My employer's immigration lawyer was looking at expediting but I don't think that went anywhere.

Updates:

I-765 Card was mailed 9/15

I-765 and I-131 Case was approved 9/17

Received combo card 9/18

USPS doesn't offer informed delivery for my address and USCIS didn't show the tracking number anywhere (including chat with tier 1) so I just had to wait for it to arrive.

I765 & I131 approved!!

Hey guys, looks like USCIS is pacing up! (My guess is they are reducing the backlogs to take in more applications so their department can survive lol, either ways I'm super happy! )

Few people from Feb filers got their interviews done and a couple of them from March have their interviews scheduled. Looks like someone from April got it scheduled too.

Here is my case updates: Adjustment of status from K1 (No expedite)

I485/I765/I131 received: 04/10/2020

Biometrics for I485/I765: 08/12/2020

I485 -> Case is ready to be scheduled for interview as of 08/13/2020

I765 -> Fingerprints were applied as of 08/13/2020 -> New card being produced 09/14/2020 -> Case approved 09/15/2020

I131 -> Was in Case received state until 09/14/2020 -> Case approved 09/15/2020 (Looks like second biometric appointment is not needed, finally something makes sense with USCIS)

And for all those who didn't have their biometrics scheduled yet, I'm very hopeful that they will do it soon and just to make sure contact tier 2 officers.

Sending some good juju out for all of us to get to green card interviews soon! ❤️

Update: Received EAD/AP combo card today :)

I'm in the same boat. I contacted USCIS again today for my biometrics and they said it can take up to 90 days to get an appointment but shouldn't be any longer than that. I've been waiting for 5.5 months and it's just so frustrating when everyone else is moving along. I really hope we hear something within the next month to finally move forward..
