If you filed after 02/24/2020 you have to. If you didn't included it, your package will most likely get rejected

And fees remain same $1225?

Can someone tell me the list of supporting documents I need to send with form I-994? Thank you!

its all listed on the Instructions link on the USCIS website were you get the form, I suggest reading it and understanding it well. That form is new and it seems like it's the cause for most RFEs or Rejections, Since that form became REQUIRED, i don't believe anyone has been officially approved. Unfortunately there is no "How to" example because no one knows what's right or wrong.  Read the instructions and ask questions if you have any.   Main items that I remember are, Education, Credit Score/History, Proof you speak English, Public Charge.

Good Luck!

My wife came to United State 3 months back and she do not have Credit score or Credit report.

This question about credit report is very confusing. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

1. Do you have a U.S. credit report?

Yes. Provide a U.S. credit report generated within the last 12 months prior to the date of filing.

No. Provide a credit agency report that demonstrates that you do not have a credit record or score.

Call one of the Credit card company s, We called Trans-union, Request a letter stating you do not have credit history.  Send that in and we also sent a letter explaining why my wife does not have credit yet and how we plan to get her positive credit when she is able to get a social and work.

What actually is Form I-944 (Declaration of Self-Sufficiency)? We only filed I 765, I 864 and I 131. Do we still need to file I-944 form? This is K1 AOS.

You also need to file I-485.

We just received a courtesy letter regarding my medical exam which I didn't include. Hoping it's going to be sent to a local field office now :)

When did you submit your application

and where was it sent? That’s exciting, sounds like they’re looking at yours!

I sent mine in 04/22 received 04/23. I already received an RFE which I sent back 2 weeks ago and now received the courtesy letter. It's currently at the NBC. I'm hoping to get to the next steps now :)

Hello everyone.

I filed concurrently l-485 & l-130 applications with my 11 year old son. My husband is the petitioner and step dad to my son. My forms were accepted but my son’s was rejected as it was incorrectly filed on l-485 part 2 under filing category/ type.
Does anyone know which Filing category/type option to select

for my son? Also in part 2 question 2 would he be in other relatives option or immediate relative?

Thank you for responding.
