Calling SLEC

I have been redialing their number 011-63-2-521-0020 but it appears to be busy constantly. I did get through the first few times and the recording put me through to the operator but of course nobody ever answered that extension.

Is the operator the right person to get through to and what do we do once we get to that person? Tell them I need to reschedule the exam appointment? Or something else?

Thanks for the help.

Charlie

It is St. Luke's Extension Clinic (SLEC) where the medical exams are taken.

Thanks,

For one you don't need to reschedule medical and can go anytime you want as long as you have the appointment letter.

Some say you can even go with the NOA2 but I'm not sure of that.

My wife did hers almost 2 months prior to her scheduled appointment.

Much safer in case anything should "pop up".

Some have done scheduled medical appointment [normally a week before interview] and had to rechedule USEM interview.

Most because they were required to do 3 day sputum test. A couple because of typhoons.

Following is some info on the medical! Outdated but hasn't changed much!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

She has her dates for exam and interview and I printed them off of the USE web site. She hasn't received her packet yet. Do you know when the packets are usually sent out because her letter is in that packet. I want her to go on July 11th which is 22 days before her interview.

Can she use the printout from the web site for her medical exam appointment? She will have the NVC letter along with the printout of approval for the NOA2 from the USCIS site as the hard copy of the NOA2 hasn't arrived yet. We were approved on May 3rd. I heard a lot of us and maybe all that were approved have not received their hard copies of the NOA2.

If you know your petition is at USEM then she can call [if you can get thru] St. Lukes and they will have the embassy forward it to SLEC and she can pick it up there when she does her medicaL

That is my plan but I can't get through to the SLEC number so I can arrange for her packet to be delivered to SLEC. I have been calling for 1.5 hours now. I did get through at the beginning but it sent me to the operator and of course nobody answered and there are no other choices but to try and call back which I have been doing. This is really frustrating  trying to get a hold of people in the Philippines.

I need a super duper redialer, lol.

Got lucky and found some numbers on the internet and the first time I called I got through but unfortunately the guy had a strong accent and I couldn't understand him and he sure couldn't understand me. He did say though that we didn't have to reschedule and to just walk in but I tried to ask about having the packet delivered to them but he seemed like he didn't know what I was talking about. I think it is time for MJ to call and arrange for her packet to be delivered.

Here are some numbers that I found, the first one worked on the first try. 524-60-83, 525-41-73, and 526-43-27.
