Green Card, No Interview....Could This Be An Error!!!!

Please when did you actually submit you AOS application?I am planning to submit mine hopefully by next week and I am thinking also if I can benefit from this miraculous waivers too.

@Sarge2155 filed in September last year.

 

You're just starting the process and the first step after submitting would be to get your biometrics done. This is a must before anything else can happen so as of right now it's probably not going to happen that you can get anything waived and receive the greencard soon.

I mailed the AOS packet on  September 14, 2019, it was received by USCIS September 16, 2019. All details are included in my thoroughly laid out timeline.


4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

Yeah you are right and I think the biometrics cannot even be done right now due to the virus.

But please DON'T  let that discourage you. I'd  recommend you getting your packet in as soon as you can. Check check and triple check it. Then submit it!
