Take that victory and run with it. Congrats

Thank you my friend, I am so inclined to do just that as I have learned that it has also happened to another person.  I expect to see more people get this waiver in the coming weeks.

Congrats @Sarge2155.

If I may ask, are you in the medical field?

No I'm not, but nice try I've been trying to find a reason too, but it would be for my wife right since I'm the USC. She is not in the medical field either.

Similar situation.

Our interview was scheduled for March 30th. Cancelled and said it would be rescheduled.

Today we received the same notice. We were thinking the same.  No interview because of COVID-19.

So exciting!

Keep us posted, let's hope it turns out in your favor too!!!!!

Well I guess it's official I just got the approval notice in the mail with notice date of 4/3/2020. I suspect the GC will follow in the next few days. Wow what a rush! I also suspect that others will follow!

That’s awesome! And you got that notice very fast too!!!

I got a text message from USCIS this afternoon and almost had an anxiety attack, wishing it was an approval... But I just got my interview rescheduled!

which I’m not mad at either, I’m glad they’re looking at my case :)

Well that's something. At least they already start rescheduling instead of waiting till May to send out notices. Worst case it will get cancelled again, best case you're right there when they open again

Yup! Curious to see when they scheduled it for. Late May? Maybe even June? We’ll see 😆

Hello,

We are also awaiting news from the Sacramento Office. Would you be able to share your filing date for your AOS? I'm curious how close they are to us. We filed in September.

Thank you!
