I have to agree with him here. I watched the conference and Kemp really said, we just found it it can be transmitted by non symptomatic people and it's a game changer. Scary he is our Governor. Watch how many businesses he declares essential today. Hint all the ones with  powerful lobbyist . $$$$

09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!
