Guys I am literally crying right now, I just lost all the hope and don't know what else to try. Just now received a reply from my congresswomen :

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that the case is undergoing preprocessing checks at this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and compliance with all relevant directives. While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays. The inquiry may include contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information. Upon gathering and assessing all available information, USCIS will schedule the interview.

Tomorrow I will contact my senator that's the only resource I have left. I pray that they will be able to help in some way or an other.

Hate to say it but the senator will likely get the same response. I contacted my representative and the senator and neither was getting anywhere. It's super frustrating. Hang in there!!

If there is indeed another agency involved, then this process may take even longer...

I want them at least to let me know which agency like in other states they same the national archive, but my field office doesn't think it even necessary. My concern is that my step son applied after me for naturalization and he is a citizen already, so what is the b.....t about all the other agencies. They obviously needed A-case for his naturalization. Just doesn't make sense!!!! I think that we all just at least deserve an honest reply stating what exactly is going on with our case and what to expect, but they are not giving us either (((((

It would be interesting to find out if any people who filed their N-400 cases in March, April and May 2020 had their cases move forward and what, if anything, they did, to expedite this.

If they were any, l'm sure they would not be spending too much time moaning with us on this site. Right?

Did people have their records stuck at National Records Center because they have requested FOIA? I saw on my FOIA request that I made 2 years ago like this:

What's that and how it's relevant? Not sure I understand this comment
