Yeah, I'm sure there's some way to get in contact with them but it's not easy to find that info.

 

Lately I've been using the Lawfully app. I don't know how they pull their data for predictions, but they're now saying at my local office most cases should be decided on by March 2021...let's see how accurate that ends up being.

Yes, I've been using it since I submitted my application back in April. To be honest, the prediction time has not changed since I first entered the information (before all the COVID closures), so I'm not sure it's taking that into account. 

It's always said my case would most probably be resolved between January and April 2021.

No updates here. MyUSCIS says estimated wait time is 5 days....really doubting that at this point, but let's see what happens.

BTW, my status says the following. Does everyone with no bio yet have the same? 

 

We will begin reviewing your application by conducting a background check in order to identify any issues that need to be addressed. We will schedule a biometrics appointment to collect your fingerprints. We will also review your application to make sure you have submitted all of the required information and documentation.

Same here, so far my local office has not reached my notice date, which is April 2020. right now a service request was sent to the office to see if a Biometrics Appointment can be set, but for now they are processing March 28th 2019 so hopefully by next month we should get some good updates. When did you file?

Where are you seeing that? Old site or new site? I don't see it anywhere on mine.

What's the old website? I'm only aware of https://my.uscis.gov/

 

Log into your account, you'll see it under Case Status

Guys, I am in the same boat, mid March filer, no bio, nothing. 

But the reason is now evident. USCIS  furloughed nearly all contractors, and they are the people responsible for biometrics.

Well, this is just a generic status check by receipt #. 

If you log into your account, you'll see more details as well as all the docs you submitted. Assuming you filed online

I guess this sh..t will not even have clear resolution strategy until after elections

I had been suspecting something like this. Recall after they walked back on the furlough in August, they said they'd still have to institute cost cutting measures and that significant backlogs and delays would ensue. They never directly said what would happen but I had pieced it together. then I read the news today on Congressman Cleaver's website.

The old site actually has always shown more updates for me regarding my other cases (I-90, ROC, etc)...so I always check both to be on the safe side.
