It looks like they are reusing your old Biometrics. When did you do your Biometrics for I-751 if you don’t mind me asking?

only good news is that the it moved down from 11 months to 10 months.

All ASCs are closed. They have not opened them. So ofcos we will not see any biometrics movement. At least not for now. Maybe till later this year.

Well, I just hope they wave the biometrics (reuse the ones on file) and go straight to the interviews.

Frustrating. I am skeptical that they will waive biometrics....seems like that's a security thing and I doubt the US government will suddenly go lax on it. Would be nice though, but I doubt it.

I got friend of mine applies in jan/2020 next week has an interview N-400

I think USCIS has a backlog due to Covid-19

at this stage anyone who get his/her interview before the furlough is super lucky given USCIS wants to put 70% of their employee on furlough which will be disastrous for already disastrous processing times and the backlog caused by 3 months closure due to COVID19.

It is not a rumor. I had posted this  on this forum based on a call with a USCIS agent last Monday (6/8) which is when he stated that it is 'likely' to open on June 22nd. 

Not  sure who posted the info on facebook.
