this is weird. most case sent from May 1st also got their text and case #, NOA.

Hi, I haven't submitted my application yet but really want/need to. I submitted my 10 year GC application on November 2018, did biometric in July 2019, and haven't received any correspondences since then except for emails saying that they are still working on my case. Should I submit my N400 now? We've married for 4 years and it's been more than 3 years since 2 year green card. Thank you.

Its really your choice , some people wait other applies while they have i751 pending.

Hi April filer here. My NOA was April 21st. I have not heard anything either. However my NOA didnt even say to wait for fingerprinting notice maybe as I have had FPs done in the past two years.

Here is an update from USCIS today. This is generally a good news I think:

I think the good news above is the fact that they are not going to bluntly extend the closure further. Rather they are determined to open on June 4th but with very strict procedures in terms of health and social distancing guidelines (for example you should bring your own pen, you can't enter without a mask, you can't come if you have any symptoms like coughing or high temperature, and the facility will be working at much less capacity to allow for strict social distancing, etc.)

we are seeing a lot of people today getting their oath scheduled. so for April filers hopefully we receive notice for biometrics appointment soon.

I really hope we start to see some movement soon. Case here hasn't budged since filing, and we haven't received the change of address notice yet either.

I dont know if waived however my NOA stated that they will be calling me for an interview and not the fingerprinting. So maybe it was waived. Not sure..
