My finacee is in Cebu City and leaving in mid April. The Island is on a lock down but the airport is still operating. Planes are flying in and out of the airport. She said there is no taxi or GRAB ( share riding) available.

Are there any members that is living in the Cebu Island and knows how to get to the airport during the lock down?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Need to recheck your sources.  There is nothing going in or out of mactan at the moment.  There was a repatriation sweeper flight a day or two ago but that appears to be about it

YMMV

So no can go to the airport? Passengers arriving cannot leave the airport?

Nothing in or out.  No flights mean no passengers of any flavor.  10 days ago all arrivers were put in mandatory 14 day quarantine

He was with a group of young Youtubers that I recognized. Went over and chatted with them for a bit. All polite. Just around the corner from where the boss had her CFO. We stopped in for dinner and beers to celebrate)
