Listen, we are all nervous and excited for our cases to be reviewed.  People generally are very good at updating everyone - so if someone in this thread gets DQ'd .. you'll hear about it.

 

I expect you will hear sometime next week.  There are lots of ppl who have Jan 28 and Jan 29 who have not yet heard back yet. 

 

And to answer your question (again).. It is likely based on the most recent uploaded date - so Feb 1.  You have to be patient.  Even if you got a DQ, you wouldn't be getting an interview right away.

last submission was on January 29th. I’m so happy! Finally this hurdle is done with and now onto the wait for embassies to open up and be appointed interview

DQ yesterday, April 1st. 🙌

First submission Nov. 22nd

Second submission Jan. 24th.

 

Now just have to wait for Jamaica to open.

mine was 29 January but nothing so far from nvc. How come they didn’t send me anything yet ?

If the are any folks at NVC reading these comments - THANK YOU for continuing to work and even if you did not have the choice, we have a great deal of respect for you! You continue to give us hope. Many of us who are just wanting to be home with our families and seeing cases still being processed is helping a lot of us cope in this wired time.

There is no rules about that, you just have to wait. Mine is 29 too and still nothing for the moment.

To add onto Jules, mine was the 28th. I should hear before both you and Arshia logically. But I haven't. 

 

Patience is the most important thing to have. Especially right now.

We got an RFE

The marriage certificate is not good. I don't understand because it is the official marriage certificate from the City Hall in France with proper translation (from a US professional translation company).

oh no, gosh, I'm so sorry! Is it possible they've made a mistake, because what could you possibly replace it with?
