I have a theory but not enough IOE case approvals yet to verify if the theory applies to all cases :)

I believe all IOE case numbers get WL within approx. 24 hours after approval. This was the case for me and others with IOE case number. For everyone with a different 3 letter code, it seems to take longer.

@Enek and Alrock does your case number from USCIS start with IOE by any chance?

My theory is that for IOE there is an integration between the systems that USCIS and NVC which triggers immediate case creation upon approval, while for all others that are not going through e-processing center the "traditional" way of mailing the case to NVC still applies.

We have an IOE case number.

Not yet. Only a mail notifying us it had been approved and we gotta wait on a case number with the guides on the next step to be taken. I’m surprise you got yours extremely early. Congrats on that.

Thank you. I hope you get your case number soon.

Was this directed to me? We're currently waiting for NVC to review our documents.

My apologies and thanks for responding.

I am not able to download my tax transcripts online because I needed a code to be sent to me but haven't received it yet & not sure it will come due to the IRS scaling back on mailings. 1. Has anyone received this mail out verification code from the IRS recently to retrieve tax transcripts?

2. If I am sending in tax returns instead of transcripts, do I need to upload my w2s as well? Do I have to add anything else?

I want to avoid all delays at this point as I know you all understand. I appreciate your input! Thanks!

I'm curious to know if anyone has spoken with or received any correspondence from the NVC today - 04/21 - I know the executive order has not been implemented yet but could that stop or cause a pause with NVC? Like everyone, I am glued to the news trying to find out what is happening.

Try to stay strong folks! It's tough and even sometimes a cruel world.

Matt

Anyone here worried about the Trump Tweet last night saying that he´s banning all immigration?

Extremely!!!! I can say so much right now but id break so many of the rules and guidelines of this group. This ban makes no sense. If you want to stop the virus from coming in then close all your boarders ,not just LEGAL immigration (or as he calls it "chain migration" 😒). I sure hope this is just another drunk tweet of his.

Congratulations! That's a long wait, and we're right behind you with a February 18th submission date. I'm happy to hear your good news and to know that the NVC is still processing applications – especially during this crazy day of immigration news.

Hi Everyone! Just got documentarily qualified today! April 21,2020

Submitted documents: February 13,2020

Its just weird that below the documentarily qualified, i also got a passport message but when i opened it , it said about the police certificate..but I know it should be about the passport since it will expire on September. Thank God my husband already renewed his passport before everything started closing.. So I guess he'll just need to show his new passport during interview since when i looked back at the documents it was accepted anyways..☺️

Good luck everyone! We will all be with our loved ones soon!❤

That's great, two updates in a row about DQs! Congratulations!
