You can add documents but I don't think it lets you modify them. They need to be first reviewed and then if will give you the option the delete and reupload them. What I've read some people do is add document under the category other and in the comments they explain that is the correct form. Keep in mind that if you add documents your submission date might change to the most recent submission.

Try to call them at 7am. i have tried last week and  went trough from THE FIRST DIAL TONE ! the call wasn`t very helpful, but still. they are there! keep trying.

they are pretty good with answering inquiries too. i sent one to remove the lawyer from my case onthe april 7th and received the answer on the april 9th. there is still email on the lawyer in my account so they didn`t remove them, but they answered.

I wasn`t able to modify the documents I had submitted, but I was able to add new ones

Thanks!  You never know.  Ironically, I feel like NVC is faster during the Coronavirus, even though they have less staff now.  Weird huh?  You just might get lucky.  good luck!!!
