Highly unlikely you will get scheduled for the interview for the time being in a US embassy.
Any reason change of status wasn’t applied within the US?

this was my lawyer her reply I received the response from CBP in Los Angeles, unfortunately they will not change the I-94, said our only option is to file for an extension with USCIS.  We have to file two separate extension petitions, one for each of you.   The  application has to include all the evidence that the business is ongoing.  These must be received by USCIS before April 21.

We will not get a response from them for at least 3 months, more likely 4-6 months.  Your visa would remain valid in case of travel (when allowed).

 

There was a lawsuit filed on Friday asking USCIS to grant all nonimmigrants (that would include you) a 90 day extension on status.  If the court orders it then you would be ok and would get another 90 days – without having to file for the extension since it would be automatic.  We will know this week hopefully.
