Adustment of status wife

Hey all hope everyone is keeping safe. I had my adjustment of status rejected twice once for an outdated form and now they sent it back because of  the following I have attached an image.

 

Also on part two I had checked the first box 2a.

I am a permanent resident sponsoring my wife I do not see that option please advise.

You have also not explained what Part 2 of what form you are talking about.

I485 or I864? Your RFE mentions errors on both.

You have posted this in a K1 AOS forum.

Is your spouse a K1?

I am a permanent resident everything has been approved i130, so we are adjusting status since she is on a work visa.

i485 is the form

It sounds like she didn't send an I-864 and/or I-944.

Not "all", but most (read the I-485 instructions). All family-based AOS applicants do.

They do now.  Also, if your first submission was rejected, that means everything submitted was rejected, so the next submission has to include all the necessary forms (I864, I944, I485, and if desired, I131 and I765).

Then it appears that is what is missing since it is required for a family based AOS as you mentioned.
