i am a US citizen , i am going to file a I-130 for my brother in scotland to move to the USA i know it takes a while but we are going to file anyway- he is over 21 and will be getting married in July - do i have to include his wedding certificate with the I-130 form or do they ask for that later ????

i sent mine and the translation for it and we were approved in 29 days after they transferred it to the california center

Good glad it well quick for you - do you HAVE to send one its just i am trying to send it before the prices go up at end of july but he does not get married till the middle of july and i dont know if we will have a translated wedding certificate that quick...?
