Hello and thank you for your advice.

Terry and i met on fb and have been together 2 1/2 years. She has been separated from her husband 14 years and they have 2 children. Question: Can she get divorced in HK and will it be valid to marry in the U.S.A? Also while divorce is processing she intends to return to philipines and meet me then introduce me to her parents. We will use the opportunity to Take video, pics and statements from witnesses to our meeting afterwhich she will return to HK and wait for divorce to finalize. This way she can fly direct to U.S. without having to go back to philipines. Does this sound correct? Thank you for your advice, Tom.

Go and meet them in Hong Kong before you decide what to do?

She can get a divorce in the HK. She can complete her K-1 from HK and travel to the US. She does not want to go back to the Philippines (after reviving her visa from HK) then to USA as then she would have to pass CFO and that is just another hoop she will need to avoid.

Be sure she gets 6 "original" BC as she will need them for the embassy and for other process's in the US once she arrives.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.
