It takes between 2-4 weeks, it's hard to say where the average exactly is. It took exactly three weeks for us.

I or Trailmix are going to update you into this chart at some point. I tend to be rather lazy so I prefer doing large updates rather seldom, while Trailmix likes to do smaller updates more often .

Sorry about that. I can change it into no. I just thought I've seen somewhere that you said you've used JSC even if you apparently didn't (or "didn't"). I try my best to keep this list up to date always and thus I occasionally do some errors (rather lot really ). Just keep correcting me and the list will be up to date as well as possible !
