I am looking ahead - ok way ahead - I just sent the I 129 F packet to VSC 4-13.....and I was looking over the affadavit of support form and had a question how to answer the question about specific contribution...it says:

That I intend do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

I searched the example on this site and it refers to this not being applicable for the K3 -- anyone know the correct answer to this ? for a 129F or K1 visa?? Thanks for your feedback...

The I-134 is used with many Non-immigrant visas like student, temp work, visitor, business, ect, visas that do have a term limit, the K-Visas are non-immigrant with immigrant intent, and question 11 does not apply in this case because the K-visa holder has intent to stay in the USA permanently.

Like the K-1 example, you don't need to check either box, just note "N/A ( K3 visa process for permanent residence )"
