Hi what is the best way to retrieve a police clearance Document for my spouse..from her time in South Korea.. We need it to complete cr1 immigrant visa proscess

So you are looking for a PCC from South Korea NOT a NBI clearance. A NBI clearance is a police clearance for the Philippines

Are you completing NVC processing?

Hello,

I understand that the OP is asking for police clearance (NBI) who is a Filipino living abroad (Korea). I only included the above link as the process are closely similar in obtaining one. As mentioned, that it is BEST  to inquire directly from the Philippine Embassy in Korea as requirements and rules might change. The issue is not j ob clearance but obtaining NBI abroad is quiet similar. Ty.

OP'S TOPIC IS : Retrieving nbi clearance from South Korea for spouse.

If you read what they actually posted. You would see that they need a PIC from SK NOT a NBI clearance.

We had to get a police clearance for my fiance from Malaysia and Singapore and she was able to just do it at the countries Embassy in Manila.  If she is located in Manila, maybe she wants to check there first.  She can call or check the local embassy website.  If it cant be done locally, then next step would contact the appropriate agency in South Korea.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."
