Proof of Domicile ?

Considering they open up flights anytime soon, Can I still go be with my husband if he is in Pakistan if I don’t know now when his interview will be, pretty sure when the embassy opens up there will be quite heavy backlog. I just want to be with him during this time. If I’m still in Pakistan and his interview comes then will that impact his interview? I lived with him for 10 months in dubai, came back in December and started working and now because of this virus, I just want to go and be with him because I don’t know how long it will take until we can be together again?! Will it make the officers question my domicile. Btw I am the petitioner but my brother is sponsoring him financially and we submitted only his W-2s, tax transcripts, proof of domicile, etc.

The burden of proof of domicile is for you, the petitioner.  The joint sponsor must be a USC/LPR, but is not held to the same standards for domicile.  You're also the primary financial sponsor.

You have applied for a family reunification visa.  Why should they grant that if you have reunified already in Pakistan?

Normally it is expected that the USC establish and maintain ties to the US.  You can do anything you want, but it might be best to be able to demonstrate US ties and income in order to ensure that your case is not flagged.

Well I came back and I started working but because of the virus, my store has been closed until further notice. I have paystubs for the months I did work, if that will help any ? I just wanted to go be with my husband during Ramadan and Eid if his interview doesn’t come by then :(

Well I’ve read interview reviews of people who went with their spouse And were in the same country together at the time and still got approved, it depends from case To case I guess but was just wondering what my options were If I wanted to go be with him at this time.

Those interviews (spouses who live overseas together) are centered around establishing or proving USC domicile, USC ties to the US, and support issues.  My view is that you as primary sponsor will have a difficult time overcoming public charge if you just leave your job and fly to pakistan to hang out until the case is processed

It is one thing to go support your spouse a week or two before the interview.   It is completely different moving and living with your spouse for months prior to the interview.
